No Tricks Halloween Cocktail
Though this is great for Halloween, it makes for a delicious winter cocktail any day. Orange liqueur and ginger beer (not ginger ale) take on a whole new taste when sipped through the spicy sugar rim. We’ve used our preferred Clement Creole Shrubb, a rum and orange liqueur, but you could substitute orange curacao. For the ginger beer we recommend Fever-Tree, or another high quality product.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Clement Creole Shrubb
- Fever-Tree ginger beer
- 1/4 cup Turbinado or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- Orange slice
Instructions
- Mix the sugar, cinnamon and allspice (store any extra in a cool dry place)
- Run the orange round the rim of the glass to dampen it, then dip the glass in the sugar mix. Shake off excess
- Chill the Shrubb over ice then pour into the glasses
- Top with the ginger beer
