Aunt Roberta Cocktail
Considered by some to be the strongest cocktail in the world, Aunt Roberta’s namesake certainly packs a punch.
It’s said that Aunt Roberta was the daughter of a slave owner in late 1800’s Alabama, who fled an abusive home at age 11, picked cotton for a while, then turned to prostitution. She entered into the beverage business by selling homemade gin and moonshine. Most of her patrons were homeless and rumor has it that 34 of them died during the two years she sold her booze, and Roberta herself died in poverty at the age of 32.
If you’re brave enough to try Aunty’s potent potion, this is an updated version. However, it is none-the-less extremely powerful and highly recommended that it be shared with several others.
