Here’s a low calorie version of Rachel Rae’s Grapefruit Margarita that comes from cookinlean.com. With a blend of fresh orange and low-cal grapefruit juice this frozen loses the calories but not the flavor. Delish!

Ingredients

  • 2 shots tequila
  • 2 to 2-1/2 cups ice
  • 1/2 orange; juiced
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray LIGHT Ruby Grapefruit Juice
  • 5 fresh mint leaves, torn in half

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender (that’s everything but the mint)
  2. Blend
  3. Stir in mint leaves and pour into margarita glasses
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and mint leaves
