Irish Car Bomb

The Irish Car Bomb is similar in style to the Boilermaker, using Bailey’s Irish Cream and Irish Whiskey dropped into a glass of Guinness. The only downside (well, maybe) is that you have to drink it quickly or the Bailey’s will curdle in the Guinness.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 pint Guinness

Instructions

  1. Pour half a pint of chilled Guinness into a beer mug and let it settle
  2. Take a shot glass filled with chilled Irish whiskey on the bottom and chilled Irish cream on top
  3. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug
