
Grilled Pear Margarita

Ingredients
- Sauza Anejo tequila
- Fresh pear
- Agave nectar
- Pear nectar
- Fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Grill the pear for about 5 minutes, then sous vide* it for several hours with agave nectar
- Puree the pear and agave mix then combine with fresh lime juice, more agave nectar and Sauza Anejo Tequila
- Chill and strain into a chilled glass
