Casablanca

The Loews Hotel restaurants have a marvelous little cocktail menu that features creations from all its establishments. The Casablanca is from the Las Vegas resort and it’s delicious. I’m guessing at the measures here, so feel free to adjust anything you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz 10 Cane rum
  • 1 oz Belvedere Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Tuaca vanilla
  • Pineapple juice
  • Sprig of mint
  • Slice of lime

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint and lime in a shaker
  2. Add all other ingredients with ice and shake well so that the pineapple juice foams a little
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a single mint leaf
