Pumpkin Spice Latte
Here’s a great way to spice up your coffee while you wait for the Great Pumpkin to make his appearance. Courtesy of the folk at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.
Note from MixnSip: A little Kahlua isn’t too bad with this, either.

Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 shot pumpkin spice simple syrup (half water, half sugar, with packet full of pumpkin spice from pastries- let steep)
- Milk of choice
Instructions
- To serve hot:
- Mix hot coffee and hot milk, then stir in the simple syrup
- To serve cold;
- Pour all ingredients over ice and stir
