The Gentleman’s Sidecar
So I’m not a gentleman but still enjoyed this sidecar at Purple Rain in Duluth, GA. Grand Marnier with Hennessy cognac is a superior combination with lemon and orange juice.
I’m guessing at measurements, so play around with this to suit your own tastes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Hennessy cognac
- 1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
- Maraschino cherry
- Slice of orange
Instructions
- Lightly muddle the orange slice and cherry in your glass
- Add ice
- Build the drink with the cognac, Grand Marnier and lemon juice and stir
- Float the orange juice on top
