Something a little different. Sherbet replaces ice to keep the cocktail chilled. Brandy and triple sec give it some muscle.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 scoop of lemon or orange sherbet
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. Combine in a tall glass and sprinkle with nutmeg
  2. The sherbet will float and slowly melt as you sip
