Here’s the traditional Caipirinha from the folk who produce Sao Cachaca, which is made from 100% organic Brazilian cane. Sao is hand-crafted in small batches and is perfect for this delicious Brazilian National Drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 heaping tbsps of sugar
  • 2 half limes with slits on the skin
  • 2 1/2 oz SAO Organic Cachaca

Instructions

  1. To a shaker add the sugar
  2. Add the limes, face down
  3. Muddle the sugar and limes together well
  4. Add the cachaca
  5. Add crushed ice
  6. Shake, shake, shake
  7. Serve with ice on the rocks
