Blue Hawaii Classic Cocktail
You may know the Elvis Presley movie, Blue Hawaii, but this cocktail was created several years before the King ever swiveled his hips Hawaiian-style. In 1957 bartender, Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was asked by Bols to create a new drink to introduce its Blue Curacao liqueur. Harry added light rum, vodka and pineapple to the liquor and came up with this now iconic drink.
