Beyond The Pale Martini
Do you have what it takes to go Beyond the Pale? Now-a-days the term refers to something, or someone, outside the realm of common decency. Years ago the phrase was more literal; pale meaning a fence, and it took some guts to go beyond it.
So I dare you to try this martini. But beware, you may get lost in the darkness of its rum or be seduced by the sweetness of the mandarine and silky texture.

Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz Mandarine Napoleon
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz heavy cream
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Shake the liquid ingredients with ice
- Strain into a chilled glass and add a dash of nutmeg
