SKINNY Lemonade

Make a batch of delicious low-calorie lemonade to share with friends. The whole batch has only 122 calories; that’s fewer than 16 calories per 8 oz serving. This is also a great mixer for your skinny cocktails.



  • 2 cups purified water
  • 2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 5 tsps white stevia powder
  • Club soda


  1. Warm the water just enough to dissolve the stevia in it
  2. Add the lemon juice and stir
  3. Adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more stevia
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve, then add an equal amount of club soda
  5. Serve over ice with lemon wheels for garnish
