Pyrat’s Sin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Pyrat rum
  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
  • Dry sparkling wine or champagne
  • Sugar cube
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. In a champagne flute drop the sugar cube and add enough bitters to soak it
  2. Add ice to a shaker and pour in the rum and Grand Marnier
  3. Shake to chill then add to the flute glass
  4. Top with your bubbly while watching out for any thirsty varmints that might be after stealin’ yer grog
