Pineapple Colada
If you’re not in the mood to scoop out a fresh pineapple, this colada will taste just as delicious in a glass.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 oz coconut flavored rum
- 3/4 oz pineapple liqueur
- Cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the top off a pineapple and scoop out the fruit. Keep a few of the leaves to use as garnish
- Blend all ingredients with cracked ice ’til smooth
- Pour into a scooped-out pineapple
- Garnish with cherries and pineapple pieces
