Pieces of Eight Martini
AArgh! Me pirate chum, Cap’n Fizz, ‘e knows all abaht pieces o’ eight and rum but ‘e bain’t be knowing ‘ow this ere martini got its name. It be the color of doubloons, not Pieces o’ Eight. The Cap’n do like this grog, tho’.

Ingredients
- 1 oz passion fruit liqueur
- 1 oz mango rum (or vodka)
- 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 oz Orange juice
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- Squeeze of lime
Instructions
- Put all yer liquor ‘n them thar juices in yer mug wi’ lots o’ ice
- Now stir it up like a storm abrewin’
- Strain it int’ yer grog glass
- Drink it down me hearties wi’ a “Yo, ho, ho.”
