A vodka drink with lavender Rain makes a lovely martini
Lavender Rain Drop Martini
Had this martini the other night at Purple Rain restaurant. With Rain Lavender vodka, lavender and lemongrass it was light, bright and easy to drink. Rain is a 100% organic vodka.
I don’t know the proportions of the ingredients, but this is my best guess.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Rain Lavender vodka
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz agave nectar
- Lavender leaves
- Lemongrass
Instructions
- Rim a cocktail glass with sugar
- Muddle lavender and lemongrass with lemon juice in a shaker
- Add ice
- Add other ingredients
- Shake and strain into your glass
- Garnish with a sprig of lemongrass
