Cancun Margarita

You’ll think of the ocean in Cancun when you see the color of this margarita. One of the specialty drinks from Pura Enchilada Mexican restaurant in Lawrenceville, GA, where the food is authentic (all sauces made in house) and the cocktails delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Sol Azul tequila
  • 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz blue curacao
  • 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz sour mix
  • Splash of Dos Equis

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except the beer to a Boston shaker with ice
  2. Shake ’til really cold
  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with the Dos Equis
