Watermelon Mojito

You may have tried watermelon with vodka, now up the ante with watermelon mojito. Oh so yummy on a hot summer’s day.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup pureed watermelon
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Sugar or simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and sugar
  2. Add the rum
  3. Fill the glass with ice
  4. Add the watermelon puree and then top with soda
  5. Stir and garnish with the mint sprig
