You may have tried watermelon with vodka, now up the ante with watermelon mojito. Oh so yummy on a hot summer’s day.
There’s a Skinny Watermelon Mojito, too, with only 94 calories!
- 2 oz white rum
- Mint leaves
- 1/2 cup pureed watermelon
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Sugar or simple syrup
- Club soda
- Mint sprig for garnish
- In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and sugar
- Add the rum
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add the watermelon puree and then top with soda
- Stir and garnish with the mint sprig
