  • 1 oz white rum (80 proof)
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 cup diced watermelon, pureed
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz stevia syrup
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprig for garnish


  1. In a tall glass muddle the mint with the stevia syrup and lime juice
  2. Add the rum
  3. Fill the glass with ice
  4. Add the pureed watermelon
  5. Top with soda
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig
