Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum (80 proof)
- Mint leaves
- 1 cup diced watermelon, pureed
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz stevia syrup
- Club soda
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a tall glass muddle the mint with the stevia syrup and lime juice
- Add the rum
