Chocolate Ginger Martini
This little libation really sizzles with chocolate and ginger and a cayenne-spiked chocolate rim. Lemon vodka gives it even more zest.

Ingredients
- For the chocolate rim:
- 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- For the cocktail:
- 1 1/2 oz lemon vodka (you might like to infuse your own)
- 1 oz Godiva original chocolate liqueur
- 1/2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur
- Lemon twist
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate slowly over a double boiler or in the microwave
- Stir occasionally
- When smooth, stir in the cayenne
- Pour onto a flat plate, let cool a little, then dip the rim of your glass in the mix (hint: when dipping, tip and rotate the rim of the glass to prevent a suction effect)
- Set the glass in the freezer to chill
- Shake the vodka, Godiva and ginger liqueur with ice
- Strain into your chilled glass
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
