A Match Made in Cider

Apple brandy, pear cider, rum… a match made in heaven from Alchemybartenders. You may have difficulty finding these exact ingredients. If so, substitute as best you can; it’s worth the effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gold Rum
  • 1/2 oz 2004 vintage Apple Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 bar spoons Fresh honey comb
  • 1 Star anise
  • 1/2 oz Rattlers Pear Cider
  • Apple slices

Instructions

  1. Vigorously shake the 1st 5 ingredients over ice
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Add the pear cider
  4. Garnish with apple slices
