The Royal-tini
Inspired by the sapphire engagement ring that Prince William gave to Kate, here is the Royal-tini from Leslie Riddle, mixologist for Cafe 4750 at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.
The martini features Bombay Sapphire (of course) with Blue Curacao to give it the brilliant jeweled color.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire
- ¾ oz Blue Curacao
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake and pour into a martini glass
- Garnish with a lime pinwheel
