Ingredients
- 1 oz jalapeno vodka* (64 cals)
- 1/3 cup seedless watermelon (15 cals)
- 1/4 cup loose-packed cilantro (1 cal)
- 1 lg mint leaf
- Splash lime juice
- 1/2 oz stevia syrup (0 cals)
- Splash club soda (optional)
- For jalapeno infusion:
- 12 oz vodka and 1 1/2 fresh jalapenos
Instructions
- Muddle all ingredients except vodka
- When the mix is thoroughly mashed add the vodka
- Add cracked ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a wedge of watermelon or spring of mint
