Ingredients

  • 2 oz watermelon juice (press watermelon through a sieve or cheesecloth)
  • 1 oz 80-proof vodka
  • 1 oz orange stevia syrup
  • Splash of fresh lime juice
  • Watermelon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Shake all liquid ingredients over ice
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon
