Sweet peach tea is such a scrumptious taste of Southern hospitality and you’ll be proud to serve this version to any one.
I created this for Shelly at Sensibly Chic, a marvelous little treasure store of gently used furniture and furnishings in historic downtown Duluth, GA.
The recipe is for one, so increase it as necessary if you plan to serve your cocktail tea-style.
- 1 1/2 oz black tea vodka (2 teaspoons black tea in 2 cups vodka)
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz Canton ginger
- Splash ginger ale (optional)
- Dash simple syrup
- Dash mint bitters
- Add everything to shaker/teapot with ice
- Stir and strain
