Lemon Restorative

On a sultry summer day, nothing is more restorative than a glass of lemonade, unless it’s lemonade with a little rum and mint added to it.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps
  • Lemonade

Instructions

  1. In a tall ice-filled glass, add the rum and schnapps
  2. Top with lemonade (preferably home-made)
  3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh peppermint
