
Inti
In Inca mythology, Inti is a sun god. However, this cocktail makes me wonder whether he was revered or reviled. Even my husband wasn’t crazy about it but you be the judge. The recipe came from the Sushi Samba restaurant in New York and is sufficient for four drinks.

Ingredients
- 3 fresh kiwis
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 10 oz can lychees
- 2 oz light rum
- 4 oz limon rum
- 2 oz triple sec
- 2 oz pineapple juice
Instructions
- Drain the syrup from the lychees and blend the fruit to a puree
- Peel and cut the kiwis then muddle with the sugar in a large pitcher
- When the kiwi is properly crushed, add the light rum, limon rum, triple sec, lychee puree and pineapple juice and stir well to combine
- Serve over ice (crushed ice, if you prefer)
