Champagne Antoine

This is really a martini-based champagne cocktail. Who Antoine is, well, that’s anybody’s guess.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/8 oz Pernod
  • 4 oz dry champagne or other sparkler

Instructions

  1. Shake the gin, vermouth and Pernod with ice
  2. Strain into a champagne flute
  3. Top with the champagne
  4. Garnish with lemon
