A Prohibition-era cocktail similar to the Sidecar; half the cognac is replaced with rum.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 – 3/4 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist
