Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 3 drops Fee Brothers Mint Bitters
  • 5-6 springs of fresh mint
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Splash of soda water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except soda to a bucket glass filled with cracked ice
  2. Stir well
  3. Top with the soda water
