Elizabeth’s Bloody Mary
Made with V8 juice, this is the Bloody Mary I usually give to guests, who all claim to like it.

Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz lime simple syrup or Rose’s lime cordial
- 1 level tsp horseradish (not horseradish sauce)
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- V8 juice
- Salt and pepper for rimming
- Celery stick
Instructions
- Rim a tall glass with a mix of salt and black pepper
- Fill with ice
- Build your drink with the vodka, syrup, Worcestershire and horseradish
- Top with the V8 and stir well
- Add the celery stick
