Clash of The Titans

I don’t know about Titans clashing, I would name this cocktail Creature From The Black Lagoon with its use of Kraken Spiced Rum. A take on the Dark and Stormy the drink was a touch light on the rum for me (at Martinis and Imax, Fernbank Musuem, Atlanta), so I’ve adjusted the recipe accordingly. Kraken is too good to get lost in the mix.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz The Kraken Black Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • Splash of ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Add rum and ginger liqueur over ice in a bucket glass
  2. Top with ginger ale and stir
  3. Garnish with a wedge of lime
