A cocktail made in honor of one of the nominations for the 2011 Oscars – The Social Network.

5 cocktails based on1 vote

Ingredients

  • 1 oz 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1/2 oz chocolate syrup
  • 1 – 2 shots espresso
  • 1 1/2 oz Zacapa Aged Rum (or your favorite gold rum)
  • 1/2 oz Borghetti Espresso Liqueur
  • Seltzer

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of a chilled collins glass, vigorously stir the 1/2 & 1/2, chocolate syrup and espresso
  2. Add the rum and espresso liqueur
  3. Top with seltzer while stirring slowly
