The Courtesan
Here’s a new version of the pomegranate martini. The Courtesan is a Belvedere creation, though not necessarily suitable for every lady.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Belvedere Pink Grapefruit (or regular Belvedere Vodka)
- 1.5 oz. Pomegranate Juice
- 0.25 oz. Creme de Peche
- Dash Lemon Bitters
- Lime Wedge Garnish
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients over ice except lime wedge.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lime.
