The Steel Helmet is actually a White Russian with a helmet of Galliano floating on top, which adds a really delicious dimension to the cocktail as you sip through the herbal liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 and 1/2
  • Galliano liqueur

Instructions

  1. In a rocks glass filled with ice, add the vodka and coffee liqueur
  2. Fill almost to the top with 1/2 and 1/2 and stir well
  3. Float the Galliano on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon
