The Steel Helmet is actually a White Russian with a helmet of Galliano floating on top, which adds a really delicious dimension to the cocktail as you sip through the herbal liqueur.

Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 and 1/2
- Galliano liqueur
Instructions
- In a rocks glass filled with ice, add the vodka and coffee liqueur
- Fill almost to the top with 1/2 and 1/2 and stir well
- Float the Galliano on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon
