
Pineapple Margarita
My version of the pineapple margarita with a touch of coconut.

Ingredients
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1/2 oz pineapple liqueur
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Dried coconut and sugar mix for rimming
- Pineapple pieces and maraschinos for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the first six ingredients in a shaker to chill
- Strain into coconut-rimmed glass filled with ice
- Make garnish by alternating pineapple and cherries on a skewer
