Pineapple Margarita

Pineapple Margarita

My version of the pineapple margarita with a touch of coconut.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz pineapple liqueur
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Dried coconut and sugar mix for rimming
  • Pineapple pieces and maraschinos for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the first six ingredients in a shaker to chill
  2. Strain into coconut-rimmed glass filled with ice
  3. Make garnish by alternating pineapple and cherries on a skewer
