Cowboy Martini

The cowboy Martini recipe is from Cocktails by Amy Sacco/Assouline, 2006

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Ketel One vodka
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Mint leaves
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with lime juice
  2. Add vodka and simple syrup
  3. Add ice and shake to chill
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with the mint sprig
