Ingredients

  • 1 oz Soho Lychee liqueur
  • Dry sparkling wine or champagne
  • Lychee nut

Instructions

  1. Drop a lychee nut in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute (you can buy them peeled in a can)
  2. Cover the nut with lychee liqueur
  3. Fill the glass with the sparkling wine
