Yellow Diamond Margarita
Not sure where I first saw this margarita or if I have the ingredients exactly right. But who cares, it’s marvelous as it is, like a rare yellow diamond.
Ingredients
- 1 oz white tequila
- 1 oz gold tequila
- 2 oz orange curacao
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- Optional: a dash of lime juice cordial, if you like your cocktail a little sweeter
Instructions
- Shake everything over ice to chill it well
- Strain into your choice of glass or, if you prefer, serve it with ice
