The original Ursus Rodeo was created by Jabriel Donohue of Acadia bistro in Portland, OR. It’s a really imaginative and rich blending of liquor and beer.

Ingredients
- 1 oz dark stout
- 1 oz Canadian whiskey
- 1/2 oz Drambuie
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- Dash of orange bitters
Instructions
Shake with ice and garnish with orange twist
