Spicy Chelada Beertail
Most people don’t know what’s a chelada or michelada. In my book a michelada has clamato or tomato juice added but, whatever you call it, this is a great game day beer/cocktail drink.
Ingredients
- 12 oz beer (any light beer like Dos Equis silver)
- 1 oz lime
- Maggie Seasoning
- Bottled hot sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
Instructions
- Put salt round the rim of a beer glass then half fill it with ice
- Add the lime and beer (this is now a traditional chelada)
- To spice it up add 2 or 3 dashes each of hot sauce, Worcestershire and Maggie seasoning.
