
Michelada
This is pretty much the accepted version of the Michelada cocktail. Supposedly, the drink became popular in Mexico in the 40s and its name comes from mi-chela-helada, which means my-cold-light beer.

Ingredients
- 12 oz lite Mexican beer
- 6 oz Clamato juice
- 2 dashes of Salsa Inglesa or Worcester Sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix the salt and pepper and rim a cold beer glass with it
- Mix all other ingredients except beer with ice and pour with the ice into the glass
- Fill glass with the cold beer
