Groundskeeper
I use a decent lager, such as Stella Artois, for this Groundskeeper concoction, but you could just as easily make it with Budweiser.

Ingredients
- 2 oz scotch (something smokey like Laphroaig)
- Lager or light beer
Instructions
- Chill the scotch briefly over ice then strain into a pint glass
- Top with beer
