No doubt you know that peppermint is frequently used a digestive aid. It’s actually a carminative, which is a substance that removes accumulated gas from the stomach and intestines and will calm the intestines.
It’s not a bad idea to make a batch of this the day before you go out so it’s ready for you the moment you wake up with that fuzzy mouth.

- Boil the water and pour over the dried leaves
- Let steep for 15 minutes
- Drink hot or cold
