Margatini
Margarita or Martini? No matter, here’s a tasty potion as prepared by Anthony at the Sun Dial, a revolving restaurant at the top of the Westin Hotel in downtown Atlanta. Great drink, good food and an amazing view on a clear day.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Cuervo
- 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
- Splash Rose’s lime juice cordial
- Squeeze fresh lime
- Sugar for rimming
Instructions
- Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar
- Shake all ingredients over ice ’til well chilled
- Strain into glass
- Garnish with a wedge of lime
Excellent deviation from regular Margarita! ‘Shaken, not stirred’
Pretty good. Had to have two just to make sure. 😉 I didn’t have any Rose’s, so I used lime juice and about a half-teaspoon of sugar instead.
