Key Lime Martini a la Houlihan’s
Had this at Houlihan’s, Columbus, GA. They wouldn’t give out their exact recipe, so I’m guessing some.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Absolut Vanilla
- 1 1/2 oz key lime syrup
- 1 oz sweet and sour mix
- 2 1/2 oz half and half
- Crushed graham crackers for rimming
- Wedge of lime
Instructions
- Rim a cocktail glass with the cracker crumbs
- Put Absolut, syrup, sweet and sour and half and half in an ice-filled shaker and shake ’til cold and frothy
- Strain into the glass and garnish with lime wedge
