From Houlihan’s Restaurant, I’m guessing at the exact ingredients and quantities as the company does not allow its recipes to be given out.
- 2 oz Absolut
- 2 oz Guava nectar
- Fresh squeezed lemonade
- Shake all ingredients over ice
- Strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of lemon
Just a splash of lemonade?
The fresh lemonade is quite tart, which suits my tastes, so I use a good ounce. I’d suggest starting with half that and adding more if you find it too sweet.
