A specialty of the Sun Dial Restaurant and Lounge at the top of the Westin Hotel in downtown Atlanta. I was pleasantly surprised at this; it wasn’t too sweet but refreshingly tangy.
- 1 1/4 oz Ketel One Orange
- 3/4 oz peach schnapps
- Orange juice
- Shake all ingredients over ice ’til cold
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a slice of orange
