Inspired by my very good friend and ace shipwreck treasure hunter, Cap’n Carl Fismer (see our videos).
- 1/2 oz kirschwasser
- 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
- Fine sugar or simply syrup
- 2 slices lemon or orange
- Dry red wine (preferably Treasure Hunter label)
- In a large wine glass, muddle the lemon, sugar and kirschwasser.
- Fill the glass with ice then add the rum.
- Top with the wine.
- Stir and sip.
